Finding a private chef who understands a marine galley, provisioning to dietary preferences and guest counts, sourcing ingredients in an unfamiliar port: each task is manageable in isolation, but together they become a planning burden that discourages most owners from attempting anything beyond the ordinary.
We design dining and event experiences aboard your vessel with the same attention we bring to everything else. We place private chefs from our network, professionals who are experienced in cooking aboard and comfortable adapting to the constraints and opportunities of cooking on the water.
For larger events and entertaining, we handle the full production: menu design, catering coordination, table settings, floral, service staff, and timing.
