What We Collect
The only place this website collects personal information is the contact form on our Contact page. When you submit that form, we receive the following: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if provided), vessel details (type, make, model, length, and home port), your current management arrangement, which of our services interest you, and any additional message you choose to include.
Beyond the contact form, this site collects limited usage information through Google Analytics, and only with your consent. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics run and no tracking cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location derived from your IP address.
The site sets cookies in two categories. Essential: a temporary session cookie required for contact form security (cross-site request forgery protection and rate limiting). It is deleted when you close your browser and contains no personal information. Analytics: cookies set by Google Analytics only after you accept them through the consent banner. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to process contact form submissions and deliver notification emails. When you submit the contact form, your information is transmitted to Brevo's servers for processing. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing terms.
We use Google Fonts to serve the typefaces on this website. Google may collect your IP address and browser information when fonts are loaded. Google's privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
When you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Information collected by Google Analytics is transmitted to and processed by Google and governed by Google's privacy policy.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our Brevo account for as long as they remain relevant to the client relationship. If no relationship is established, inquiry records are periodically reviewed and deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at info@pulocayachtcompany.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, email us at info@pulocayachtcompany.com. We will respond within 30 days.
