Ready When You Arrive.
Ready When You Return.
Ready Yacht™ includes pre-arrival preparation, post-trip reset, and between-visit care, so your yacht is never anything less than prepared.
Ready Yacht™ is a complete care cycle that covers three phases: before you arrive, while you are aboard, and after you leave. Most owners think of yacht care as what happens after the trip. We start before you ever set foot on the boat.
Before You Arrive
One week before your scheduled visit, our team conducts a full vessel inspection. Engines are started and run. Steering systems are tested. Electrical systems are checked under load. Any surprise findings are identified with enough lead time to be resolved before your arrival.
The day before, the team returns for a final walkthrough. Systems are confirmed operational. The exterior is washed, interior is cleaned. Provisions are stocked to your standing preferences. Linens are fresh. The boat is fueled, filled with water, and ready for your adventure.
While You Are Aboard
Your time on the water is yours. We stay reachable while you are out, from a systems question to a provisioning request, and if something needs attention at the next harbor, one call puts it in motion. Most owners never need us mid-trip. The point is that you can forget about us until you do.
After Your Trip
The end of your trip is the end of your involvement. If the boat is not at its home slip, we staff a delivery crew to bring it back. Tanks are topped off, holding tanks emptied and flushed. The exterior is washed down, the interior detailed, the galley cleaned.
Linens are laundered and replaced. Consumables are restocked. A complete systems check follows, with any concerns flagged and addressed before your next visit.
You should never have to wonder whether the boat is ready. You should never arrive to find something undone, something broken, something that should have been caught. Ready Yacht™ exists to make that certainty the default, not the exception.
Arrive to a Ready Yacht™
Arrive to a boat that is ready when you need it, spend your time aboard, and leave knowing it will be ready again when you return.
